A signed and completed copy of the Rain Japan Market Enrollment form must be sent to Customer Support. The form can be sent by fax or a high-quality cell-phone photograph can be sent by email. Payments by credit card must have the signature of the credit card holder. Payments by cash to the special USA-Direct Rain Bank account must have the receipt attached.A copy of a government issued ID is required before any bonuspayments can be made but is not required at the time of enrollment.
